"I met and worked with Neethu during one of the largest PMIS implementations at Ashghal. I have worked with many business analysts, but Neethu has a unique skill set that understands the overall solutions-driven need of Ashghal as a whole company and not just the business-driven processes of each department. This ability is paramount to any successful implementation of such a large-scale enterprise implementation. I have driven many successful implementations, but I can honestly say without her, this project would not be in the successful state it is today. Neethu has also given me a new level of respect for the role of a business analyst in the workplace. I have not mentioned this to Neethu, but I have learned a "lot" from her while I was engaged in the project at Ashghal. She has taught me a different level of perspective and appreciation on how to evaluate requirements in an extremely difficult and complex type of business, and when I say complex, I can say this was one of the most complex projects I encountered.
